Privacy notice

wiredfor, with offices in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. For anything about your personal data, write to privacy@kirkyapp.com.

This notice covers visitors to kirkyapp.com, people who request a demo or contact us, and the administrators and users of the Kirky portal.

Data that our customers load into their Kirky workspace (their documents, their users’ questions and the records Kirky reads) belongs to the customer, who is responsible for it. We process it on their behalf under the Data Processing Agreement. If you use Kirky inside another company’s app, that company’s privacy notice applies.

Depending on how you interact with us:

• Identification and contact: name, work email, company, job title and, if you give it, a phone number
• Account: portal sign-in details, role and workspace settings
• Billing: billing contact, and in Mexico the tax data needed for an electronic invoice. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor; we never store them.
• Technical: IP address, browser and device type, and the pages requested, kept in server logs for security

We don’t ask for sensitive personal data on this site or in the portal. Please don’t include it in forms or messages.

We use your personal data for purposes needed for the relationship you have with us:

• Answering demo requests and contact messages
• Creating and managing your account and your workspace
• Providing, supporting and securing the service
• Billing and issuing invoices
• Complying with legal obligations

With your consent, we may also send you product news and invitations to events. These purposes are not needed for the service.

If you don’t want your data used for them, write to privacy@kirkyapp.com or use the unsubscribe link in any message. Saying no won’t affect your service.

We share personal data with the providers that process it on our behalf, listed on the subprocessors page (hosting, payments and invoicing). They may only use it to provide their service to us.

We may also disclose it when a competent authority requires it by law. We don’t sell personal data.

Our service and its data are hosted in the United States.

You have the right to access your personal data, to rectify it, to cancel it and to oppose its use (ARCO rights), and to revoke the consent you gave us.

Write to privacy@kirkyapp.com with your name, a way to reply, a copy of an ID (or proof that you represent the person), the right you want to exercise and the data it concerns. We will answer within the time limits the law sets and tell you how to proceed.

You can ask us to stop using your data for secondary purposes at any time by writing to privacy@kirkyapp.com, and unsubscribe from any email with the link it contains.

This site uses no cookies, web beacons or other tracking technologies. The Kirky portal only uses what it needs to keep you signed in.

We will publish any change to this notice on this page, with its date. If a change affects how we use data you already gave us, we will also tell you by email.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you can go to the competent data protection authority.
