01What a subprocessor is

A subprocessor is a company we use to provide Kirky that processes personal data from your workspace, or from your account with us, on our behalf. Each one is bound by data protection obligations at least as protective as our Data Processing Agreement.

02How we tell you about changes

Before a new subprocessor starts processing data from your workspace, we email your workspace owner and update this page. You can object on reasonable grounds; if we can’t address the objection, you can cancel the affected service.
