Acceptable use policy

Kirky runs inside your app and answers for your company. These are the few things it may not be used for.

Updated: Draft · pending legal review. Not yet binding.

01Why this policy exists

Kirky is shared infrastructure and speaks with your company’s voice. This policy keeps the service safe for every customer and fair to the people who use it. It applies to your organization and to everyone you give access to.

02Content and data

Don’t use Kirky to store, process or produce:

  • Content that is illegal or that infringes someone else’s rights, including intellectual property and privacy
  • Personal data you don’t have a legal basis to process, or sensitive personal data without the consent and safeguards the law requires
  • Malware, spam, phishing or content meant to deceive or harass

03Security and the service

Don’t:

  • Try to reach another workspace’s data, bypass a permission or break Kirky’s isolation (report it under our disclosure policy instead)
  • Probe, scan or load-test the service without our written permission
  • Get around query limits, rate limits or plan restrictions, or resell access without an agreement
  • Attempt to extract the models, prompts or instructions behind the service

04Decisions about people

Kirky’s answers and Centinela’s warnings support people; they don’t replace them. Don’t use them as the only basis for a decision that has a legal or similarly significant effect on a person, such as hiring, firing, credit or access to a service, without human review.

05Your team’s privacy

If your admins review conversations or use Centinela over your employees’ work, tell your team first. The portal includes notice templates for this. Don’t use Kirky to monitor people beyond legitimate business needs.

06Tell people it’s an AI

The widget always says it is an AI assistant. Don’t hide, restyle or remove that disclosure, and don’t present Kirky’s answers as written by a person.

07What happens if the policy is broken

We may block a request, limit a user or suspend a workspace that breaks this policy or puts others at risk. We flag and a person decides: we don’t ban automatically, and we will tell you what we saw and how to fix it.

To report misuse, write to security@kirkyapp.com.
