How it’s counted
What is a query?
A query is an answered question or an executed action. Direct-database answers count double. ‘I don’t know’ answers and refusals are free up to 10% of your plan’s queries; beyond that each counts 0.25. A cached answer also counts.
A user counts when they open at least one session in Live during the month. Portal members are free.

A free Test environment
Every organization has a free Test environment to integrate without affecting Live. It has its own query limit and a less expensive model.
Billing
Taxes, currency and payment
- Prices exclude taxes.
- If you invoice in Mexico, we bill in MXN with a CFDI, at the exchange rate of the invoice date, and IVA is added on the invoice. Everywhere else we bill in USD.
- Annual plans cost ten months: two months free.
- There is no free plan. The public demo and your Test environment are free.
Can I change plans later? Do I keep my data?
Yes. You can move up or down at any time and your documents, settings and history stay. Moving down turns off the layers the new plan doesn’t include; nothing is deleted.

How does the Test environment work?
Every organization gets one, free. It’s separate from Live, has its own query limit and uses a less expensive model, so you can integrate and try changes without touching your users.
Who counts as a user?
Anyone who opens at least one session in Live during the month. People who only use the portal to configure Kirky are free.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe. If you invoice in Mexico, you can also pay by bank transfer and receive a CFDI in MXN.
