An assistant inside your app that answers from your documents with the source attached, queries your data with each user’s permissions, and speaks up before a mistake is saved.
Kirky is an AI assistant and can make mistakes. Check the source.
Kirky lives in your web app. It answers from your documents, queries your data with each user’s session, and speaks up before an unusual value is saved. It never deletes, never holds your API keys, and always shows where an answer came from.
Start with Help and Knowledge. Add the rest when your team is ready.

Answers from your PDFs, Word files and scans, and cites every source. When your documents don’t say it, it says it doesn’t know.
Answers from your live data with the user’s own permissions. Your credentials never leave your app.
Creates or updates records only after showing a preview and asking for confirmation. It never deletes.
Gives a heads-up before an unusual value is saved. It never blocks.
Live in an afternoon. We never get access to your code, your database or your API keys.

A team sent a report to another customer’s contact. Centinela learns which domains each customer writes to and gives a heads-up before sending.
Data questions run in Ana’s browser against your own read endpoints, with her session. Kirky never sees or stores the keys.
Your documents, questions and answers are used to serve your workspace and nothing else. It’s written into the DPA you sign.
Storage, search and the model all run in the United States. The trust page lists every subprocessor.
Before an answer is shown, each quote is compared with the passage it came from. If it doesn’t match, it’s removed or Kirky says it doesn’t know.
Every create or update shows a preview first and waits for the user. Delete isn’t an operation Kirky can run.

No. Data questions run in your user’s browser against your own read endpoints, with that user’s session. Direct database access is optional, on Scale, through a connector you host that only runs read-only queries.
A query is an answered question or an executed action. Direct-database answers count double. ‘I don’t know’ answers and refusals are free up to 10% of your plan’s queries; beyond that each counts 0.25. A cached answer also counts.
It can create or update records through the write endpoints you register, and only after it shows a preview and the user confirms. It never deletes.
Data and processing are in the United States (us-east-1). Your data doesn’t train models. The trust page lists every subprocessor.
Every organization has a free Test environment to integrate without affecting Live. It has its own query limit and a less expensive model.
We let you know at 80% and at 100%. At 110% the assistant pauses, unless you turn on automatic top-up with a spend cap.
The demo is a sample app with Kirky already installed. Ask it anything you’d ask in yours.
